Request a demo first. After guided onboarding and manual activation, your organization can prepare for free and pay only when an operational campaign is ready to go live.

Launch Your Campaign
When your organization is ready to operate a billable campaign, the applicable Platform Service Plan becomes active according to the approved billing rules.
Pay Only for Your Operational Period
The applicable billing period is charged using the approved calendar-month and proration rules. Your demo does not start billing.
Return to Free When Done
When your campaign finishes, the team will explain the applicable end-of-campaign and billing-cycle treatment during onboarding. No new campaign is activated from this page.
Transparent Fee Structure
PageantXero keeps the Platform Service Plan, service or transaction fees, and usage fees separate. Applicable transaction or usage fees will be explained during onboarding based on the campaign services you use.

Why do I need to request a demo?
The demo gives your team a chance to discuss the organization, event, candidate, campaign, and public-experience workflow before activation. It also keeps the current Early Access process guided rather than implying open self-service registration.
What happens after I request a demo?
The current path is Request a Demo, followed by a discovery and demo call. If the fit and timing are right, PageantXero can then be activated manually or through the backend for Early Access.
